Upper Dolpa trekking is magnificent trekking with numerous scenic and cultural variations and romantic geographical backdrops placed away in the mid-west region of Nepal beyond Dhaulagiri. In this region you will perceive the lifestyle of the people reflecting the Tibetan culture more than Nepalese culture. It is a classic wilderness trek through the high section of Shey Phoksundo National Park. Here you will found the fabulous Shey Gompa and crystal mountains. This region is clothed with forests full of pines and Cyprus. The top most highlights of this region are pristine landscape, ancient and isolated villages, spectacular lakes and endangered wildlife including musk deer, rhesus, and langur monkeys among others. This area is not very often visited by trekkers. You will receive a lot of attention and genuine curiosity from the local people and be able to partake in there day to day lives, learning things like spinning yak wool, making butter and butter tea.

Trekking Itinerary :

Day 01:	After your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel (B)
Day 02:	Full Day Kathmandu sight seeing Tour: You will visit many Buddhist and Hindu temples which reflect the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society including the World Heritage sites such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu Stupa (Monkey Temple), Bouddhanath, Pathupatinath Temple and Patan Darbar Square. Overnight at Kathmandu (B)
Day 03:	Kathmandu to Nepalgunj (1 ½ hour flight)
Day 04:	Nepalginj to Jupal and trek to Dunai (2150m)
Day 05:	Dunai to Ankhe (2660m)
Day 06:	Ankhe to Sumdo (3100m)
Day 07:	Sumdo to Ringmo Phoksundo (3728m)
Day 08:	Reat day in Ringmo Phoksundo
Day 09:	Ringmo Phoksundo to North Camp (4000m)
Day 10:	North Camp to Gandla La (5250m)
Day 11:	Gandla to Shey (4750m)
Day 12:	Shey to Namdung (4950m)
Day 13:	Namdung to Saldang (4650m)
Day 14:	Saldang to Yangjir (3965m)
Day 15:	Yangjir to Shimen (4250m)
Day 16:	Shimen to Tinkyu-Kehengchu River Side Camp (4694m)
Day 17:	Tinkyu-Kehengchu River Side Camp to Charkhala Phedi (4920)
Day 18:	Charkhala Phedi to Charkhala Village (4050m)
Day 19:	Charkhala village to Yak Kharka (4250m)
Day 20:	Yak Kharka to Bhery Kharka (4670m)
Day 21:	Bhery Kharka to Thula (4295m)
Day 22:	Thula to Dangar Jung Village (3560m)
Day 23:	Dangar Village to Jomsom (2710m)
Day 24:	Jomsom to Pokhara (820m)
Day 25:	Drive to Kathmandu (6 hours drive)
Day 26:	Drive to Airport for final destination.
