This peak rises above the Pisang Valley and lush yak pastures in a uniform slope of slippery ice and snow before accumulating in the pyramid mass that is the summit. The peak nestles between Annapurna 1 and Manaslu. The climbing route follows the well defined ridges which are steep but not difficult to climb. The high camp is set at 5400m on the climbing shoulder of the south west ridge.
